The products were of high quality and we were able to use these to knockdown genes in vivo, and to understand roles of orphan/understudied proteins in vivo. The team was very responsive and professional.

I have been using Vector Builder to purchase vectors designed to express shRNA. I have found the technical support very helpful and friendly. They will make suggestions that will improve the vectors I design. Customer support is also quite fast in their responses to my questions and have also been quite accomodating with some of my requests. They also provide very helpful diagrams of their vectors that make it easy for anyone to visualize. I highly recommend Vector Builder.

VectorBuilder did vector construction and lentivirus packaging for my shRNA knockdown experiment. The transduction efficiency of the lentivirus was high. Their staff were very considerate, and related technical questions were addressed quickly. I’ve finished many experiments and I’m preparing the manuscript for submission.
