Shipping and storage
Our IVT mRNA products are stored in a 1 mM sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.4) and can be stored at -80°C for up to 12 months. RNA products are shipped on dry ice and freeze-thaw cycles should be avoided.
Experimental Validation
Figure 1. Western Blot analysis of OVA expression in cell culture supernatant. Equal amounts of IVT mRNAs as labeled above coding for chicken ovalbumin were transfected into HEK293T cells and supernatants were collected 24 hours post-transfection and subjected to Western Blot using an anti-OVA antibody. Coomassie staining of the supernatant was used as a loading control.
