Shipping and storage
Our IVT saRNA products are stored in a 1 mM sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.4) and can be stored at -80°C for up to 12 months. The products are shipped on dry ice and should be avoided for freeze-thaw cycles.
Experimental Validation
Figure 1. saRNA exhibited extended expression in vivo compared to conventional mRNA. The expression of 30 µg firefly luciferase mRNA encapsulated in LNP was no longer detected 48 h after intramuscular injection in mice. The expression of the 10 µg saRNA counterpart, however, was detected up to 8 days after injection.
