Anti-hCD19-h28zCAR IVT mRNA
VectorBuilder’s Anti-hCD19-h28z CAR IVT mRNA encodes a CAR protein consisting of an scFv targeting human CD19, a CD8 transmembrane domain, and a CD28 and CD3 zeta fused co-stimulatory domain (Figure 1A). This mRNA is capped with Cap1, contains validated 5’ and 3’ UTRs, and has a 110 nt polyA tail.

Shipping and storage
Our IVT mRNA products are stored in a 1 mM sodium citrate buffer (pH 6.4) and can be stored at -80°C for up to 12 months. The products are shipped on dry ice and should be avoided for freeze-thaw cycles.
