• In our experiments, we compared VectorBuilder’s LentiBuilder™ Lentivirus Packaging Kit with our conventional in-house transfection system for lentivirus packaging. Compared with the in-house system, the LentiBuilder™ kit demonstrated higher packaging efficiency, yielding functional viral titers that were 5–10 times greater. Moreover, the kit used one-third the amount of transfer plasmid required by the in-house system, thereby reducing costs and improving efficiency.
