  • We utilized two lentiviral vectors, lenti-CYP and lenti-Ctr, from VectorBuilder Inc. in our study on Lgr5+ intestinal stem cells. The lenti-CYP vector, encoding the hCYP27B1 gene, enabled de novo synthesis of locally high 1,25(OH)2D concentrations, proving crucial for our investigation.
